Privacy Policy

Overview

We don't sell your data to any third party. Nor do we knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from the users of the Photo Inbox app.

We do collect crash logs, so we can find bugs and fix them. These crash logs do not contain any user names, email addresses or locations.

We do also collect simple analytics regarding which features are being used much or little, also so we can improve the app. But none of these analytics contain personally identifiable information.

Crash Logs

If the app crashes while you're using it, anonymized data about the crash will be collected to help us identify the cause of the crash and hopefully fix it in a future update. These crash logs contain information such as the state of the app, operating system, and device at the time of the crash, but not your private data.

We use two services for collecting crash logs:

  • Apple's App Store Connect service. This is built into all apps on the App Store.

  • Microsoft's Visual Studio App Center: https://appcenter.ms/

Application Usage Analytics

The app collects very basic information about the way you use it. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information such as names, email address or locations.

The data is sent to, and stored by, Microsoft's Visual Studio App Center: https://appcenter.ms/

We use this data to find out which features are being used much or little, so we can improve the app.

Support Interactions

When you contact us regarding a support request, we may collect:

  • Your email address, Twitter handle, or similar.

  • Any other information you voluntarily give us, such as the text you write or the screenshots you attach to the support request.

This information is only collected to help resolve your support request, to help us answer your future questions better, and to identify broader issues in our products or services. The data is not sold to any third party.

GDPR

Citizens of the EU may exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, such as the rights of access and erasure, by contacting us with their request. We recommend emailing the request to privacy@carlify.se.

Our app or website may display links to or content from third-party sites. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
